This stretch of Sol Duc River in Washington is 7.5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II section. The natural beauty of Washington and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. | you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so keep in mind that a large number of rivers in this state are not easy. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. Briefly about the general area: The nice people of Beaver like to hang out close by, and
hiking is a popular thing to do around Sol Duc River; Pass Trail is a good local trail. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Olympic Mountains. Everybody loves Bogachiel State Park; perfect hiking is available
along the Rugged Ridge Trail. Lots of fun awaits you along this river. Nothing beats kicking back at Boulder Beach, and Chito Beach is a beach close by that you can pop by.
