State Park is a good place to go to on a delightful day. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mt. Spokane. It is very dry here at Spokane River ordinarily. December is when you get the most snow here; the
driest month of the year is July. Summertime at Spokane River arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the overnight is rather cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are typically in the 30's, and night lows in the 20's for Spokane River.
