A good workout and just being out on the river for a while are great reasons to come. The average whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit harder to master in this state than those in other states, so you'd better keep in mind that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere. | |

The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. The wild scenery of the Northern Cascade Range is great.

on the Green Leaf Trail is always a tremendous adventure. Guy W. Talbot State Park is a great place to stretch your legs a bit, and there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Washougal Trail. This river has so
much to offer. Lots of people from Corbett come to Washougal River - North Fork; a splendid place is Jackson Pass. A visit to Sundial Beach in close proximity to Washougal River - North Fork is always a tremendous idea; Washougal River - North Fork is close to Rooster Rock State Park which is a gorgeous place.
