Briefly about the general area: The Perry Ridge Trail is a glorious hiking trail in close
proximity to Laurel Creek - Cherry Tributary; folks from Richwood love to come here. There is a good hiking trail next to Laurel Creek - Cherry Tributary called the Hinkle Branch Trail. Laurel Creek - Cherry Tributary is
a pretty wet place frequently with a lot of rain. July is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is January. Summertime highs at Laurel Creek - Cherry Tributary mostly tend to be in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
