Briefly about the general area: Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Carnifex Trail; naturally, everybody loves Hawks Nest State Park. You'll meet a lot of people from Pool here; Babcock State Park
is a pleasant spot. Lots of fun awaits you along this river. While you're here at Meadow River you can take a hike along the Way Back Trail. The high level of rainfall makes Meadow River a pretty wet place. All through July
this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. For the period of the summertime months at Meadow River highs are frequently in the 80's while overnight lows are commonly in the 60's.
