Briefly about the general area: It's always great to go to Copper Falls; Bad River is not far at all from Mellen. So much
enjoyable stuff to do here in the Gogebic Range, too pleasant to be true. Brownstone Falls is a glorious local attraction, and a journey to Copper Falls State Park is a magnificent idea. At this river you will always have
a good time. There are splendid locations to look at along the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail. The amount of precipitation that falls at Bad River is close to the national average.
