This section of Pike River in Wisconsin is 6.1 miles long and is a class II section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. The wonderful Marinette County scenery and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water have people coming here. of many. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, it's perfect for a one day trip. There's camping available near Pike River. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but
| do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Wisconsin are often easier than in other states, so don't forget that many of the rivers in this state are not very demanding. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling spots. A good workout and just hanging out with mother nature have people coming from far and near.
