Briefly about the general area: The snow is good at Buttermilk, and going for a hike on the Trail Riders Trail is always a great adventure. You'll meet a lot of folks from Snowmass Village here, and you can go for a hike on the Blue Creek   Trail. At this river you will never have a bad time. All through the summertime months, highs regularly are in the 80's at Blazing Adventures. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Blazing Adventures plunge into the 0's.
