River Guides Red River Salmon River Rafts
The starting point is not too far from Lewiston. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Idaho is often tougher than elsewhere, so better not forget that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere. The nature scenery of Idaho County and the water flowing gracefully down Epley's Whitewater Adventures make the trip here worthwhile. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the |
river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Getting your paddling muscles activated and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great reasons to come.
| Whitewater paddling here in the Clearwater Mountains is a great experience. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, around here you'll find a large number of good rivers.
Briefly about the general area: Going for a hike along the Lava Butte Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. If you're here, you might as well pop by Chamberlain | |
