If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more demanding, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less |
manageable. The wonderful Idaho scenery and the cool fresh water beats anything. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way there are lots of good rivers for that around here.
| A bit of exercise and just being out on the river for a while will make you glad you came. No shortage of good hotels, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. The beautiful Clearwater Mountains scenery is an added bonus. The campgrounds here at Exodus Wilderness Adventures are pretty good. If you're coming from Lewiston it's not a long drive at all to the starting location.
