The natural beauty of Idaho and the cool fresh water have people coming here. Whitewater paddling here in the Bitterroot Range is a great experience. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Why   not take a refreshing hike along the Daly Creek Trail, and nearby Lemhi Valley is a glorious place to go. This river is so great.
