River Guides Salmon River Rafts
The starting location is a short drive from Batavia. The beautiful scenery of Genesee County and the cool fresh water have people coming here. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in New York is often tougher than elsewhere, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay |
the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Getting a good workout and just being out on the river for a while have people coming from far and near. And of course, there are campgrounds
| nearby. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way this is an area with not too many other spots for that.
