A bit of exercise and spending some quality time in nature will make you glad you came. The beautiful scenery of Wasco County and the cool fresh water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. You can pitch a tent or park     your RV at a nearby campground. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside Oregon you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so if you're not from around here don't forget that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere.
