Briefly about the general area: There's good hiking along the Kinney Trail, and Delaware National Scenic River is a splendid national park. Good hiking is available along the Smith Trail; Twin Falls is always fun to check out. This river is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Minisink   Hills here at Adventure Sports, and a short trip to Buttermilk Falls is always worthwhile. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Shawnee Mountain. Summertime highs at Adventure Sports commonly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's with temperatures at Adventure Sports dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. All the water falling down from the sky makes Adventure Sports a wet place.
