There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. Some people prefer   whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way there are lots of good spots for that around here. Briefly about the general area: There is a fine hiking trail in the vicinity of Wildwater Limited called the Dry Pond Lead Trail. Hiwassee/Ocoee Scenic River State Park is a great place to go if you're at Wildwater Limited, and the Rock Creek Trail is a good hiking trail close by. At this river you will never have a bad time.
