Briefly about the general area: The Little White Salmon Trail offers hiking at its best, and Koberg Beach State Park is a wonderful spot to stop at on a delightful day. Time spent at Koberg Beach near River Drifters is always wonderful,   and hiking is a popular thing to do around River Drifters; Little Baldy Trail is a great local trail. Coming to this river is always a good idea. You undeniably should stop by Seneca Fouts Memorial State Park since you're here at River Drifters, and there are plenty of people from White Salmon here. River Drifters is a pretty wet place ordinarily with a great deal of precipitation. Most of the snow falls all through December; the driest month is July.
