Wave Trek

Snohomish county, Washington whitewater outfitter

  Kayaks
Rafts

The average Washington whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be harder to run than those in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that rivers here are less forgiving. The starting location is a short drive from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue. The beauty of the Northern Cascade Range is a great plus for this river. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, in this
general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. Getting some good exercise and just hanging out with mother nature are great reasons to come. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. Not too many
hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The beautiful scenery of Washington and the playfulness of the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle.

Briefly about the general area:
People from Index love to come to Wave Trek; Wallace Falls State Park is a perfect location to stretch your legs a bit. If you want a perfect time in the

great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. Put some time aside to spend at Sunset Falls if you're here at Wave Trek. Canyon Falls is always fun to check out. Through the summer months here at Wave Trek, high temperatures commonly reach the 70's, and the overnight is a bit cooler of course, typically in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Wave Trek temperatures dip to the 30's. The high level of rain makes Wave Trek a quite wet site. For the duration of the month of December you get the most rain around here while July is typically the driest month.
