here don't forget that a lot of the rivers in this state are suitable for beginners. On this section you do get some distance, you can easily run it on an afternoon. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, and if

Great exercise and just being out on the river for a while will make you glad you came. The scenic beauty of Berkshire/ Hampden County and the cool fresh water attract people from near and far. the general area: Everybody loves Tolland State Forest, and the slopes of Otis Ridge are so inviting nobody can resist. Here at Farmington River - West Branch there are plenty of people from Otis, and Chester-Blandford
State Forest is a tremendous place to go. At this river you will always have a good time. There are perfect places to look at along the Wild Cat Trail. Summertime highs at Farmington River - West Branch regularly tend to
be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Farmington River - West Branch descend into the 10's.
